• The American Farm Heritage Museum plans SPECIAL DAYS or events throughout the year.  Many people come to enjoy the activities, entertainent and food.

CHILI COOKOFF AND BAKED COOKIE CONTEST

  October 9 -  9:00 TO 2:00

Family Fall Festival   9-2  $5 per child

Sack lunch (hot dog, cookie, drink, +), costume contest 10:30  1-6 & 7-10, games with prizes, pumpkin patch, pumpkin painting, train rides.

Must cook 2 gal. chili on grounds.

Judging 1:30  Bring 1 1/2 dozen cookies of your choice.  Place 3 cookies on small paper plate in zip lock bag for judging.  Cookies will be judged on characteristics of cookie presented.  Include recipe.

A prize will also be given for the best display of cookies.  (container will not be returned) 

Judging will begin at 1:30 - they must be on table by 12:30.

Cookies will be offered for the highest donation

9:00 TO 2:00

Demonstrations of historical importance will take place in the tree line by Hills Fort.  Interactive participation is encouraged.  Fun for all ages.
